Regarding the points that you raised:
1) Lines 7 and 14. I'm planning to add Lines 7 and 14 soon, since they look more-or-less finalized.
2) Line 15 and Fangshan Line. the website refers to them as plans in reserve, so I plan to put off adding them for now.
3) Station names and locations -- From what's happened in the past with Lines 5 and 10, station names seem to be in a state of fluidity until close to the opening date of those lines. In addition, often there are multiple maps floating around, and I'm unable to tell which one is more updated than the other. (Often the planned maps show just one line at a time, and two maps for two lines would show two different names for the interchange station connecting them!) So I'm somewhat hesitant to update station names and locations based on maps of indeterminate date.
