If you go to http://www.familytreelegends.com/records/39461, a free version of the birth records for people in California, just type in Jason Earles and the only one that comes up is one that was born on 4/26/77. His resume isn't as reliable than this site since it shows the birth records, and if you keep changing the date you will be blocked.
Look at imdb, the website listed above, tvrage.com, and the contact info on http://www.fanmail.biz/14320.html. They all list him being born on 4/26/77.
Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours.
