I appreciate that you explained the procedure of MS2 tagging in better detail. I would suggest separating the advantages and disadvantages into two different sections. First of all, I liked that the writer mentions the recent results of this technique, also she explains the caveat of the process. In addition, I found that all references are reliable sources. But I have some comments in the Advantages and disadvantages section. In this section, I only read about the cons of the technique. I suggest writing some points about the pros. The edits are pretty good, besides a few grammatical changes. I would recommend some newer sources; some articles citing your sources are from 2017 and still provide the same info, just newer. Your second use of Reference 7 is nearly plagiarized. I would also agree to distinguish the few advantages you mention. Otherwise, the article is much more helpful now.
