Voice Actors

edit

This is the English Wikipedia. Our anime character articles only list the original Japanese and the English dub voice actors. Please do not continue trying to add Latin American and other regional voice actors to articles in this Wikipedia, as you did here and here. Such information belongs in those language Wikipedias, not here. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 04:19, 27 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Fairy Tail, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Street Fighter X Tekken. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Youtube is not a reliable source. Hi. When you recently edited Super Smash Bros. (Wii U/3DS), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page No More Heroes (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Project Versus J

edit

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Project Versus J, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=333711.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) I didn't copy material from http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=333711. DragonNJMB (talk) 07:23, 19 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Project Versus J, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Shonen Jump and Son Goku (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Orphaned non-free media (File:Project Versus J's logo.png)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Project Versus J's logo.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:19, 20 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

You said:

And what's supposed to mean this: "Unambiguous copyright infringement of http://www.smashboards.com/threads/333711/" if smashboards is a forum page and they are not even close to have the rights for that game.

It isn't a question of having rights to the game, it's a question of having rights to the words authored. If those words were copied form someone else, they did not, but whomever first wrote them does have the rights. Was that copied form something you wrote? If so, let me know and I can look into it.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 12:47, 1 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
