Hi Dorre, I find your graph File:Australia cycling to work helmet laws.JPG very good and clear. I thing it could be further enhanced if the top label would read "helmet law enforced after 1991". Also, maybe the vertical lines could be simply grey, so that do not affect the legibility of the timeline. - Let us not confuse strong opinions with conflict of interest. Practically everyone who is sufficiently well-informed to edit this page usefully has a strong opinion. - A potential conflict of interest, to be sure, but an actual one? Rather a strong statement. From WP:COI: "When advancing outside interests is more important to an editor than advancing the aims of Wikipedia, that editor stands in a conflict of interest."
