This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Corey Brooks, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.coreybrooksministries.com/Bio_Real_Life.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 17:06, 2 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Corey Brooks

edit

Donna Asbury, I will not allow Corey Brooks to be added as someone who was a pioneered or popularized Christian country music. We are talking about someone who is only 18 years old and has not had a chance to be a leader or substantial contributor in this field yet. Does that mean that he is not a valuable asset to the genre? "NO". It also does not mean that he has been a force in the field either. When Corey gets the years of performance behind him like a Mike Manuel, Gayla Earlene, David L Cook or Lulu Roman, then he may qualify for someone who has helped to build the genre but he still would not be someone who helped popluarize the genre. Corey Brooks is an 18 year old Christian country music singer who is out on the field "trying" to make it a better genre. I have removed Corey from this page before and I will continue to remove him when I see him added in the wrong places. Please do not add him again unless you are going to add him in a way that is appropriate for this page. Junebug52 13:10, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

It might also be important for you to understand that after doing a search on Corey Brooks all that really shows on him leads right back to his own webpage. That is what the editor bot ontop is talking about. Should you continue to try to insert Corey Brooks into pages like this, other editors are going to research Corey and find that he is not that notable and will not allow him to be places in articles for reasons stated in WP:BIOGRAPHY. The fact that you "FEEL" he is worthy, does not make it a reason for him to be allowed onto a page. Junebug52 13:23, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
