Automated process for article tagging and/or assessing

I would like to submit a request to have DodoBot tag and/or automatically assess articles for our WikiProject, as explained here. Feel free to raise any questions or concerns regarding this suggestion. I will assume there is consensus for the task if there are no objections in a week.~~~~
