Vietnamese diacritical marks

I've noticed that you have been removing diacritical marks from articles with Vietnamese names. There is a consensus to use them whenever available because they are the proper spellings and removing them is the same as removing information. DHN (talk) 05:38, 27 October 2013 (UTC)
