Yeshiva University edit

According to our article, there is no Rosh Yeshiva and if there is, it's Rabbi Lamm. ??? --Dweller 14:21, 9 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

see YUTorah Rosh Yeshiva Page - they call all MYP/RIETS rabbis by the title "rosh yeshiva" Diament 22:38, 9 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's potty. Doing that completely destroys all meaning of the term "Rosh Yeshiva". OK, thanks for clarifying. --Dweller 07:22, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I've listed the article for deletion. Please do feel free to participate in the deletion debate. --Dweller 16:11, 10 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

  • An AfD is not the way to solve this issue because even in the non-YU yeshivas there are many that are called "Rosh e" by dint of giving shiurim in those insitutions. The way out is to work to put YU Rosh Yeshivas in the special category that exists for them at Category:Yeshiva University rosh yeshivas. Thank you, IZAK 13:01, 15 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Clarification edit

Further to my comments above, I wanted to make sure you understood I was calling YU "potty", rather than you. If that was unclear, I most certainly apologise. --Dweller 18:58, 15 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
