Proposed deletion of Jobbie Nooner

I have removed the proposed deletion tag you placed on Jobbie Nooner, as it underwent a deletion discussion in June–July 2010 and per policy cannot be deleted via the proposed deletion process. Compliance with policy is the only reason I did this, and it should not be interpreted as my endorsement for keeping the article. I removed the {{db-repost}} tag you placed on this article, as that criterion can only be used for articles that were deleted via a deletion discussion. The log shows that the article was deleted in 2005 as "spam", but without a deletion discussion. Additionally, the most recent deletion discussion resulted in the article being kept.
