The autobio you submitted to Wikipedia has been proposed for deletion, and will surely be deleted unless you can support it with references to your work from 3rd party sources, such as magazines, or newspapers, discussing your work, to show that other people regard you as important. Your own work is not acceptable as a third party independent source for this purpose, but you should mention a few particularly important items of your work in your article, not just the cv.
