Oh, sorry, I didn't see your message. If you have something to say a long time after we've talked to eachother, it's best to start a new topic so I can see it. Anyway, I think it depends on the WikiProject. If there's a list of members on the WikiProject page, then just add yourself to it (unless it says otherwise), or if it says to contact a person to see if you can join, do that.
