Leave this page blanked

edit

This is the talk page for the user Dementation. That same user has tried to replace it with the text "Delete this account" twice: [1] [2]. It seems unreasonable to demand that he continue to include information on the page. The page is hardly an important reference page. The new content isn't offensive or otherwise violates any policies. The old discussions are still visible in the history if they become relevant. This goes doubly so for User:Dementation, if he wants to blank the page, so be it. Many users never had any content on their user page in the first place. Forcing him to present by default information about himself he may no longer wish to do seems unreasonable. — Alan De Smet | Talk 03:41, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree that his userpage should remain blanked, however removing warnings and/or blanking his talk page isn't such a good idea. (The talk page isn't userspace anymore). Of course if someone would remove his account per his request then there wouldn't be a problem. Sfacets 04:39, 11 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
