Hello, I'm DVdm. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Richard Pestell— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. DVdm (talk) 17:48, 6 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi DVdm, I'm User:DavidDonovanMiller. If you have an issue with Dr. Pestell's page, why not offer to edit the parts that you have a problem with. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavidDonovanMiller (talkcontribs) 17:56, 6 January 2016‎ (UTC)Reply
Please sign all your talk page messages with four tildes (~~~~). Thanks.
It doesn't work that way. The tags are there for those who are interested in the page. So the idea is that you take care of it, not by removing the tags, but by improving the article. THen the tags can be removed. - DVdm (talk) 18:06, 6 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
Hi DVdm, It's DavidDonovanMiller It would be useful if you provided specific details regarding any content you have an issue with on the Richard Pestell page. With this information, I can be more specific when I reach out to the Wikipedia community for help. ThanksDavidDonovanMiller (talk) 15:45, 7 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
Please use proper talk page indentation, as outlined in wp:Talk page formatting. Thanks.
I noticed your removal of two wp:PEACOCK phrases ([1]). Good. I have marked 5 reference links in the article as dead ([2]). That way either proper alternatives can be found, or the claimed content can be removed per wp:unsourced. That said, please go to the article talk page Talk:Richard_Pestell to find out why the original tags were placed in the article. This kind of conversation belongs on the article talk page, not here on user talk. Good luck. - DVdm (talk) 21:27, 7 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
