I would like to ask why the deletion is being targeted at Cooked TV? The program is about to be broadcast on West TV as I have been to the station signing contracts and all. Feel free to email the head guy Tibor and ask.Darkside05 (talk) 08:27, 7 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please read the Wikipedia policy WP:N which specifies how notability needs to be proven. Has a major newspaper written about your show? Have TV commentators featured your show in their variety hours? Stuff like that. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 08:23, 7 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Well obviously it hasn't in any papers yet seeing it was just selected to be apart of West TV's schedule. I understand where your coming from though that it's not "well known" to papers or commercials, but seeing when it does air this month, then what happens? Can this page stay hidden or something till it's broadcasted by the station? I've got the stations contract in front of me if proof is needed to be scanned... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Darkside05 (talkcontribs) 08:27, 7 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Then your show is not notable, since it hasn't been covered by anyone. Wikipedia is not a free web host. If you want to promote or make the existence of your show known, set up a web site somewhere and promote it there. Then, when your show makes it big and newspapers write about it, someone else will probably start an article. It's generally considered poor form to start articles about your own existence or escapades, as it proves pretty much right off the bat that it's not a notable subject.
If you want, your page can be moved into your userspace where you can keep it and work on it to your heart's content. Bear in mind then that if you move it back into articlespace without references, it will likely be tagged for deletion again. If you want it moved, please leave a note on the Articles for Deletion page linked at the top of the article. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 08:35, 7 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
