You are so narrow-minded. I have NOT used wikipedia for advertising. Athlone Group is a $2.5 billion company, it is not necessary to use wikipedia for advertising, rather it is adding information to the "encyclopedia" for purposes for which it was created. Tesco have a page on wikipedia going into full detail about what they do, and what they sell - this is NOT advertising, it is INFORMATION. Unblock and restore the page that I took time to create if you really believe in "freedom of information"

NO reason given ??? Does this not show that I am in fact correct in my argument - I am NOT advertising, merely providing the public with information that I am in fact the copyright holder of. The original desires of the creator of wikipedia were to provide everyone with information on everything available. You are seriously curtailing this goal, and that is why wikipedia is losing its respect.

- Clarification; the account was previously blocked indefinitely, and cannot have the block lifted until the threat is rescinded. Per WP:BAN, he is considered banned if no admin is willing to unblock (and per WP:NLT, no admin should unblock until the threat is rescinded). Combine with the blatant nature of the offenses, and the multitude of reviewing admins, there is adequate community discussion showing an unwillingness to unblock regardless of the threat. Therefore, he is effectively community banned indefinitely until such time that he rescinds the threat; at which time he will no longer be community banned, merely indefinitely blocked. ⇒SWATJester Son of the Defender 02:05, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
