edit

Hello, I'm HMSLavender. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Jay Hayden, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! lavender|(formerly HMSSolent)|lambast 03:38, 6 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

I went to high school work Jay Hayden. He graduated high school in 1997. Your edit is very much incorrect as he was most definitely NOT 10 at the time of graduation. If you would like a link to the yearbook where you can see he was part of graduating class of 1997, please feel free to reach out Darkandtwisty123 (talk) 19:36, 6 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

I've fixed the link to the yearbook. I reverted your edit earlier because you failed to provide a source at all; our policy on biographical articles requires that things like changing birth dates must come with a reliable source. For future reference, if you need to cite a website/book/any source to an article, have a look at WP:REFBEGIN. lavender|(formerly HMSSolent)|lambast 00:54, 7 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
