The only solution is what we call the standard offer: you need to stop editing Wikipedia completely for six months; after that, you can for unblock via your original account. Your appeal will need to be reviewed by the community at WP:AN, because you are not just blocked - you have used sockpuppets so many times you are now site banned, which means that no individual administrator or checkuser has the authority to lift your block. Your sock accounts will continue to be blocked on site: you are wasting your time (and that of other people) by continuing to edit here in this manner.
