Regarding your concerns about editing the article, don't worry about adding to the article. Your book is published by a traditional publisher (i.e. not a print-on-demand self-published book, which anyone can do), and it's easy enough to find copies of it, as Amazon has a listing, and it's in Google Books. This means it fits the Wikipedia guidelines for a verifiable, reliable source. As long as you restrict your additions to information stated in the book, or other good sources you may have, such as independently published books and journal articles by yourself or others, and provide references in footnotes (see Wikipedia:Citation templates for information on how to do this) then you should be fine. scot (talk) 15:21, 16 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
