Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your recent edits to David Ferguson (impresario) have been reverted as they could be seen to be defamatory or potentially libellous. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 15:05, 26 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

You need to be aware of this policy, this policy, and this policy. In short, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for any kind of campaign, especially against living individuals. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 22:16, 26 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

You also need to read this page. If you have issues, please discuss them on the article talk page. I refuse to be hectored about an issue which I, quite frankly, have very little interest or investment in. I will say this: if you've come to Wikipedia solely to advance a personal interest, you'll likely make very little headway for a good two reasons. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 09:13, 27 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

You've been told what you need to do--more than once--and told the pitfalls of your confrontational approach. You need to heed the advice given.

In addition, your use of the word 'we' gives me pause, both in that it implies some sort of organised campaign and implies some sort of group effort. For the former, you've already been pointed to this policy and this policy, and for the latter you'll need to read this. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 08:20, 28 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

In addition, in case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --CalendarWatcher (talk) 08:21, 28 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

==Proposed deletion of David Ferguson (impresario)==

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article David Ferguson (impresario), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Legal Section author admits his contribution may violate WP:SYN, WP:V, and/or WP:OR and would like all history of Legal section expunged and the article to start over from current state

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
