West Papua: Discussion and Refactoring of Article Page.
This page has been created as a work area where the main article can be improved. The idea is that one person can submit one major revision at a time and get community feedback and concensus; that this has three aims 1) discuss NPOV and POV issues quickly; 2) allow this entire page to be used for its dissection and then cleaned back to this template after a community concensus is reached; 3) So that if an edit war of any form starts on the main article, this would allow genuine authors to work without the constant interruptions of the offender.
Limit discussion to max of 72hr for comments? If no-one posts feedback within first 48hr (lack of community interest in subject) revert this to template and publish.
