Niko Ruffin

Hi @DBrown_SPS As you can see, I have restructured the stub article Niko Ruffin. You had everything for the article gathered and presented nicely; it just needed to be in order and placed correctly to align with other WP articles. Please look through it and see what you think. Also - I noticed there are 2 other articles sharing your sandbox. One that currently exists on WP (Russell Simmons) and one that does not (?) Mook TBG. What are your plans with these? Thanks! • Hi again, @DBrown_SPS. I have been thinking about the Ruffin article in regards to WP criteria for Notability: Notability (sports) Basketball. At present, the subject is notable by association (parents, godmother, etc); which is not enough. His career is preliminary; although it seems to be headed toward a career in the MBA. Until then, however, I'm not sure it will pass the requirements for inclusion. Have you found other articles similar to Ruffin's that have been approved here at WP? @Maineartists: Oh and Russell? I am currently working on re-editing it properly to include other notable events about the co-founder of Def Jam, and Mook TBG, I will finish it as as soon as possible. It is currently difficult to find notable or reliable sources to support what I have entered. Thanks for reminding me. Again, my regards. @Maineartists: Update: I have found one page similar to Ruffin: his teammate JJ Starling who is also playing for Syracuse Orange. I am still under the thought of progress of turning my sandbox page into a draft. Please respond again whenever you have something in return. Hey there @DBrown_SPS. Looking at the article on JJ Starling, it reads exactly like yours; and I would see no reason your article would not be approved. I think you could even move your article to the main space directly without turning it into a draft waiting for it to be reviewed. It is very well written, well sourced, and meets the criteria as a stub article. Maineartists (talk) 16:32, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
