Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on File talk:Carnival Magic.jpg, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. By any chance do you know or have contacts for Mr Andy Newman? The simplest way to clarify copyright would be to go to the source. Per WP:COPYREQ and WP:CONSENT, they could send an email to "OTRS" at permissions-en‐at‐wikimedia.org - and people who monitor that in-box could communicate with him to confirm his identity and resolve the copyright question. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 04:55, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

I actually have no idea who he is. I only know of his name from the referenced page. If you wish I shall just revert to the last undisputed upload with the outdated paint scheme.--Curlytop999 (talk) 04:57, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Unfortunately, the prior version appears to be another press-kit image, so would have the same image (just hadn't been caught before today). Do you know John Heald? Do you think he could help us get into contact with the author of the image? Or would it be too awkward to ask? --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 05:02, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
I don't personally know him. I will revert to the sketch drawn by a user.--Curlytop999 (talk) 05:04, 7 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
