Reverting

Hello! I use VandalProof 2 as a useful tool for reverting vandals. Sometime I find an edit which shouldn't be considered as vandalism but it's absolutely not a correct change. In this case, I had to decide whether I revert it or open a new page and try to create a correct form for it, try to make it neutral in a topic which I know nothing about. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
