Just curious, but what relation do you have with the EFY in Europe to have access to such documentation and contact with leadership? Most of my emails to EFY Leadership in Europe were ignored, and most was with BYU also (Up until they wanted my site closed anyway). I'm still interested in learning as much as I can about the EFY program, even if just a limited amount of my knowledge can be shared with others with rules enforced by Wikipedia with referencing (Learning about something related to the program is easy - Referencing on wiki is another problem, particular when you find out information through Facebook, emails, and comments on the former efyTimes website). What I'm really keen on learning is future plans for expansion, including how the decide on where the program is going next. Portugal I can understand (Right next to Spain & near Italy/France ect.), but I'm wondering why Cape Verde as the first in Africa (Even though I believe it is in the European area for the church) - Same for Tahiti, which is a question I'll be asking when I attend EFY Auckland next month. Were you also the one that added Tonga to the list of nations in the Global Expansion of the Portuguese article?
