Pink Floyd edit

(From User_talk:Paranoid_Eyes, User_talk:Floyd(Norway) and here)

Hey. Stop undoing the article on Pink Floyd. If you check the year, it says 1996. It was in 2006 that Waters attended by satelite. I tried to notify you in the changetext. Coq Rouge 18:09, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually, the main reason I changed it was the fact that I saw a lot of red words removed and a grammatically wrong sentence in the changed text. So my hand went automatically to the undo button. To be honest I do not know when and how did Waters attend. --|[ParanoidEyes]|-- 18:24, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
:-)That's OK. I'll correct it again. But as I said, Waters did not attend in 1996. But, he did attend by satelite in 2006. Coq Rouge 18:26, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Actually, it was in 2005 Waters attended by satelite. Floyd(Norway) 13:43, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Details ;-) Anyway: it was definitly 1996. Ha en god dag :-) Coq Rouge 15:10, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Question edit

Hi,

Can I just ask why you added another {{hangon}} sentence to User talk:Webbmyster when it was already included in the {{nn-warn}} template I'd placed above, was there a problem? Cheers muchly Khukri 17:18, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just to inform him about it so that he wouldn't remove the {{db-bio}} tag, but instead followed the rules Coq Rouge 17:19, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Ah OK I didn't realise it was for removing the tag, my mistake. Anyway I have to go out for a couple of hours, I've given him a {{uw-speedy2}} as he removed the tag again, and has been up to other mischief. Could you keep an eye on him please. Cheers Khukri 17:25, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I will definitly keep an eye on him. Feel safe, that page will be tagged for speedy deletion as long as I am here today :-) Coq Rouge 17:28, 20 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

an FYI for you edit

Thought you would like to know...as an active member of the Pink Floyd project. Currently a rather arrogant POV editor (with VERY poor writing skills) has attempted a hijack of the Led Zeppelin article. The editor(editing as an IP also) has been rv'd and the article temporarily semi-protected. He seems to have set his sights(perhaps as a vendetta) on purging the current FA status'd Pink Floyd article and reducing it to a fancruft page similar to his attempts on the LZ article. I have 2 admins watching over him but it will take due diligence by regular editors to maintain the current status of these "target" articles. The editor attempted to blank most of the Pink Floyd lead-in section which I rv'd. Perhaps you could rally some of the regular Pink Floyd editors/project members to try and quell any of the pending "quality kill" that the article may be facing. I can direct you to the Admins who are eyeing this situation should you require any assistance and I am not around to see what is going on. Good luck. 156.34.142.110 17:42, 3 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
