Governance

• Both Tata Communications and Mastercard were founding partners, but ownership seems to reside just with Tata Communications.
• Hidry Foundation was identified as a partner in the original press release (and is still mentioned on the Hidry Foundation website), but I noticed they are no longer listed as partners on the Next 3B website.
