Stephen B. Whatley's donated images

Actually, it would be better if he changed the license on the pictures to Creative Commons (CC-BY-SA 3.0) on Flickr. Right now, the license says "all rights reserve", which is not what the uploads indicate. Either he needs to contact Wikipedia (either info-en@ or photosubmission@wikimedia.org) to make clear that he consents to reuse, including commercial reuse, of the image, or else the license tag needs to be changed to denote that it's a non-free image (which can be used on Wikipedia under fairly restrictive circumstances). —C.Fred (talk) 22:50, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
