Since it has a copyright notice on the image itself (which is frowned on here) it would almost have to be used under soem form of Fair use, but this requires a fair-use rational on the image page, and a the tag {{Non-free fair use in}}. Please edit the iamge page to add the proper tag or this image is likely to be deleted fairly promptly. (See our speedy delete criteria.) Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template.
