I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with the Requested Move you proposed. There's a lot of background to the policy on article names (see WP:AT and its talk page and its talk page archives!) and we probably spend far too much time discussing page moves, in my opinion.
But the result is, it's a bit of a lion's den you've jumped in to there, where people tend to assume that everyone there is an old hand (wrongly I hope, except it can be a self-fulfilling prophecy). Andrewa (talk) 18:18, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
