My intension was not add promotional content. I am a victim of block policy. My intension is to aware people about Click-Coin EU. Not selling or focusing on revenue with the article. Please re-cosider Click-Coin EU (talk) 06:53, 10 March 2021 (UTC)

We are aware that is your purpose; Wikipedia is not for merely providing awareness or providing information; that is the definition of promotion. You edited your user page, which is not article space, but a place for you as a person to tell us about yourself as a Wikipedia user, so I think you confused creating an article with creating an account. You need to follow the instructions above to propose a new username and tell us what you will edit about that is unrelated to your conflict of interest; please also see WP:PAID.
