Couldn't agree more. One piece of advice, though: you can't eradicate all BLP-violations on Wikipedia, and if you try you're going to burn out. Take breaks (either by spending time away from Wikipedia or by spending time in less stressful areas of it), because we don't need more good contributors quitting in frustration. As well, if you weren't aware of it, you might want to watchlist the Biographies of Living Persons noticeboard, where BLP-related concerns are often reported.
