Hi! The image did exist on the Commons at commons:Image:Kook color.jpg... but they deleted it. :-( You'll have to take it up with an admin over there since there's a claim of copyvio I can't find out about. east.718 at 20:29, February 24, 2008

picture at hesperidium

Well, I guess one option would be an image like Image:NIH_citrus.jpg which shows what a hesperidium looks like. I guess I don't see it as a bad thing to show endocarp, exocarp and mesocarp in the specific context of a hesperidium, since fruits are so diverse. Maybe I'm missing some important point about the different between fruit anatomy and fruit classification, but both strike me as the kind of thing we could dscuss in articles concerning various kinds of fruit.
