Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended for publicity and/or promotional purposes. If you intend to edit constructively in other topic areas, you may be granted the right to continue under a change of username. Please read the following carefully.
Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, website or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. The edits may have violated one or more of our rules on spamming, which include: adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements and using Wikipedia for promotion. Wikipedia has many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, but such groups are generally discouraged from using Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours are disallowed under our username policy.

Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?

Probably not, although if you can demonstrate a pattern of future editing in strict accordance with our neutral point of view policy, you may be granted this right. See Wikipedia's FAQ for Organizations for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. Also, review the conflict of interest guidance to see the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, organization, or clients. If this does not fit in with your goals, then you will not be allowed to edit Wikipedia again.

What can I do now?

If you have no interest in writing about some other topic than your organization, group, company, or product, you may consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.

If you do intend to make useful contributions here about some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

  • Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} on your user talk page.
  • Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
  • Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
    • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
    • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Alexf(talk) 13:52, 10 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Need to create an article same like DroidMsg and registred in a list

Decline reason:

new username is equally inappropriate, no attempt made to address reason for block, clear intent to continue promotional editing. Yunshui  15:14, 10 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
Unfortunately, you have not addressed the reasons for the block at all. Apart from the proposed new username, which is merely a variant spelling of your existing username, what is the article "same like DroidMsg" to be about? Is it to be about your dating agency? You are unlikely to be unblocked until you clarify that question. (Also, if you are ever unblocked, I don't recommend writing an article similar to DroidMsg, as it is a very poor article.) I want too keep my user because it's defines me, if it's not possible then delete me, I will change my thinking about this article by creating new one where you can see some algorithms of determination of personality based on real name and of course an external link to my site, if all this not possible then you should change the process of validation of articles or what ever exists here

Decline reason:

You have still not addressed any of the issues that led to your block. It is clear from what you say that you still intend to use Wikipedia to write an article to promote your business, which is contrary to Wikipedia policy. You are also refusing to follow the username policy. Wikipedia is not a free advertising service for businesses, and no editor who evidently intends to use it for that purpose is likely to be unblocked. You are deliberately wasting our time. Yamla (talk) 11:50, 18 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
It passed 8 years since then, how can you say that ? Cibo005 (talk) 13:37, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
You need to pick a new username. You need to convince us you understand and will comply with WP:COI and WP:PROMO. You need to tell us what you plan to write about instead. --Yamla (talk) 13:53, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
I would like to keep the existing user name, the previous attempt to write a page was a test of a webpage created by my own, for internal purpose.
Generally, I will use the account to correct the mistakes I found on wiki. Cibo005 (talk) 13:57, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
WP:GAB explains how to contest the block. Nothing you've said so far comes close to justifying lifting the block. --Yamla (talk) 14:01, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
I've read that and I thought I explain my self, if that is not possible, how can I remove my account and recreate again ? Cibo005 (talk) 14:05, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
No. That would be block evasion. See WP:EVADE. --Yamla (talk) 16:39, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. 331dot (talk) 19:58, 19 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

This still does not meet our guidelines for renaming, nor do you go over how you will prevent the actions from before that lead to your block. At this point I am removing talk page access. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:13, 20 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
