Please do not delete this page. I'm trying to update it with more information..... I'm also new here so I'm learning how to make different kinds of posts... all while dealing with people in and out of my office. Could you please take the tag off until the end of the day when I should be able to get the complete post done. Which is information from and article about this subject that the president and VP wrote for Evaluation Engineering magazine about this technology.... for which there's currently nothing on this web site.
