Warning vandals
You may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. - DiligentTerrier (and friends) 17:50, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- I know about the templates, and used them extensively before I went on sabbatical. The space insertion was the first and only edit by that IP, so I gave them the benefit of doubt and assumed it was accidental. --Christopher Thomas (talk) 17:53, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
