To avoid further copyright problems, if you have access to the page in question the quickest route is to post a notice on the page saying that you release the text under the GFDL, into the public domain, or under a suitable Creative Commons license (Attribution or Attribution-ShareAlike work fine, just not the ones that say Noncommercial).
