It has been proven that these three users (and CertifiedGangsta, another account that Shakim67 created to evade his second block) are all using the same IP address, but are more than likely not the same person. Note, though, that it is your responsibility to protect your account. While your brother certainly shouldn't have hacked in to your account, you are still responsible.
