Regarding your userspace draft on Cold Pop here:

Here is what you need to do to get this moved to the article space. In my opinion, if you get these done, then it is ready to be moved:

  1. Add wikilinks to the page. This links the article to another articles, and makes the page more encyclopedic. For example, to make a link to the page horse, type [[horse]]. If you want to link to the article horse but you want the link to say equine, you would type [[horse|equine]] (by the way, that character in the middle of the link is called a "pipe", and you can type it by hitting Shift+Backslash).
  2. Add more sources to the article. Find a source on Google or another search engine, open a new tab or window, then go here and click the 'An arbitrary website' bubble on the left. Fill in as many fields as you can about the source, then click the 'Get reference wiki text' button. You can now use the resulting text in your article.
