Hi ChrisLTD. I am Diannaa and I am an administrator on this wiki. This is the same photo that you uploaded with no evidence of permission back in May 2015. Uploading it to Flickr in June and claiming it to be free of copyright is not adequate as evidence of permission. This is a technique called Flickrwashing, and we've seen it before. Also note that Public Domain Mark 1.0 license is not an acceptable license here or on the Commons. Please don't upload the photo any more unless the uploader provides permission via the OTRS ticket system. Instructions as to how to do this are available at WP:donating copyright materials.
