Curtis Lepore and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons (WP:BLP)

edit

Hello, Chiiidog74. Regarding this edit you made, I'm sure that you read what I stated when I reverted you the first time. Per WP:LABEL and WP:BLP, you should not be adding "rapist" or "alleged rapist" to the WP:Lead. If Lepore were convicted of rape, it would be a different matter (meaning you could then add "convicted rapist"). Instead of labels in the Lepore case as of right now, you can summarize the rape matter in the lead, per WP:Lead. It was also fine that you changed the "Controversy" heading to "Alleged Rape," with the exception that Wikipedia, per MOS:HEAD, uses sentence case and generally not title case; so I'll go ahead and add that back (it got removed with my latest revert at that article). But if you continue adding "alleged rapist" to the WP:Lead, I will report this matter at the WP:BLP noticeboard, and appropriate action will be taken in that regard. Do this again (which I clearly reverted), and you'll very likely be WP:Blocked; end of story. Flyer22 (talk) 23:36, 25 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
