I think you have the first name wrong, I've seen it as TC Traina and Terence Traina. He appears to be a very mysterious figure. In the early 1970's there was a TC Traina who was involved with the CIA as a heroin smuggler. According to drug dealer legend, he was one of the founders of the notorious "Burmese Trail." He later surfaces as a weapons dealer with connections again to the CIA as a supplier to the Nicargua rebels. He was rumored to be involved in numerous assinations,possibly including Allende of Chili. He had a violent reputation, and was considered untouchable. The last known reference is in the late 1980's when his name again was connected to U.S.government ordered hits that were contracted thru the Chicago Mob. Then he falls off the face of the earth,,,
