Speedy deletion of File:HI REZ- Cover Front.JPG edit

A tag has been placed on File:HI REZ- Cover Front.JPG, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:File:HI REZ- Cover Front.JPG|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. File:AlvinChea-1.jpg edit

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as File:AlvinChea-1.jpg has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because images on Wikipedia need to be compatible with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike or another free license, which allow anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{cc-by-sa-3.0}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. Note, if you did create this file, you may want to upload it to Wikimedia Commons, which will allow the image to be accessed by all Wikimedia Foundation projects (which include the various localized versions of Wikipedia)

If you did not create this media file, please understand that the vast majority of images found on the internet are not appropriate for Wikipedia. Most content on the internet is copyrighted and the creator of the image has exclusive rights to use it. Wikipedia respects the copyrights of others - do not upload images that violate others' copyrights. In certain limited cases, we may be able to use an image under a claim of fair use - if you are certain that fair use would apply here, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list. If no fair use rationale applies, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. (ESkog)(Talk) 13:51, 9 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Bios edit

Hello, Cheaboy. I see from above you've already received a welcome notice with some useful links. I noticed from the editsummaries of your changes to the "Alvin Chea" article, that you may be the article subject or closely linked to him.

I wanted to provide a link to the WP:BLPHELP page, which has advice for people who're the subject of a Wikipedia article. It has useful information and tips, particularly regarding editing where you may have a "conflict of interest" and concerning "neutral point of view". Both concepts are explained on the linked page. I hope you'll find it useful should you take a look. Thank you. 92.30.106.114 (talk) 06:11, 10 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Alvin Chea. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Donald Duck (talk) 06:26, 13 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the only warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to Alvin Chea, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. The material you are adding is a copyright violation from here. You may use this as a source, but must not just copy and paste the text here. If you add this material again, you will be blocked. Rodhullandemu 16:29, 14 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used only for vandalism. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Rodhullandemu 14:27, 15 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
You've had several warnings about adding unsourced and copyrighted material to this article, all of which you've ignored. If you can convince an administrator that you understand why this is unacceptable, you might be unblocked. See instructions above for how to apply for unblocking.
