Hi Charles, you improperly listed this article for AfD, I think because it has been listed before (also you did not finish the last couple of steps of the process). I'm in a huge rush now and don't have time to look at/fix this. Please look again at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion and see if you can figure out what went wrong.
