Copyedit Article

Strictly speaking, WP wants us to start the first sentence of an article with the title of the article, printed in bold, followed by a definition. But I see that this approach wouldn't make much sense in your case because you're not really defining what arts and culture in DC is, and the resulting sentence would be grammatically unwieldy.

Another thing to watch for in this article is to keep a NPOV. It can read too much like a celebration of DC's cultural riches.

But your job wasn't to fix the whole article, and your changes did improve it. So let's leave it at that. Other editors can pitch in if they want.Josef Horáček (talk) 17:00, 12 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Adding Sources

edit

Your sources look great. Go ahead and add them to the article. Be sure to provide complete citation data for the second article, which should include the publication date.Josef Horáček (talk) 17:05, 12 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

You made a bit of a mess while adding the sources, but as you can see, other users quickly fixed the problems. In the end, the article ended up greatly improved. Josef Horáček (talk) 17:33, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

The Lead

The lead looks great. Capitalize Brazil in the second line, and post the lead. Josef Horáček (talk) 23:48, 21 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
