Axion Estin edit

The Axion Estin Foundation Page again was deleted. However, as explained previously, we hold the rights to the posted text, and I have emailed permissions-en@wikimedia.org with an email address affiliated with that website, yet the page was still deleted... again... Can you please explain why? I followed all of the directions regarding possible copyright infringement (which this is most certainly not). Axionestin (talk) 16:12, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Help Me! edit

I need Help Putting GHS.jpg on the Gloucester High School (Massachusetts) Wikipedia Page

I just added it. Drop by my talk page if this was not the image you wanted on the article, or if you have any questions. Synergy 11:26, 15 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
When you're adding an image to an infobox you don't need the [[Image:]] bit, you just add the filename. Tombomp (talk/contribs) 12:09, 15 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Help Me Again Please edit

{{helpme}} On The Gloucester High School (Massachusetts) page in the info box for some reason the assistant princpal will not add. his name is Mark Bedrosian is ther any way anyone could add it and tell me what was wrong. Thanks CelesJalee (talk) 13:24, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Done. You had to change assistant_principal = -> asst principal = -- then line up the name. Hope this helps! The Helpful One (Review) 13:31, 22 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Edit summaries edit

Please use the edit summary feature when making changes. Just prior to your change to Gloucester High, someone had vandalized the article, and I was alarmed to see another change by a different editor after I had reverted the vandal. Phlegm Rooster (talk) 21:02, 9 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • No prob, keep on editing. By the way, if you happen to know more facts about Gloucester High, such as the exact year of its founding, or any state championships they have won, please add them to the article. I did my best, but am not from the area. Phlegm Rooster (talk) 21:10, 9 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Smoot Elementary School, WV edit

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Smoot Elementary School, WV, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! See the talk page for my rationale. NanohaA'sYuriTalk, My master 22:20, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. New deal for page patrollers edit

Hi CelesJalee,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
