I am trying to create a page in my sandbox. why is that a problem?

There should be no problem with starting an article in your sandbox, as far as I know. Please see the comments that I made regarding notability and sources on your talk page.—CaroleHenson (talk) 18:15, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
