As to sources, are there any? No. External links are not sources, they are links. They can be converted to sources, but until done so are not links. Notability, again, without any sources there can be no notability, see WP:CORP or the link in the template (following those links in general will help you understand what the problems are). Lastly, the clean up tag is because you have external links all over in the body of the article. They don't go there, see WP:EL.
