Page creation edit

It is highly discouraged creating a page just to redirect it to another page as you did with Holly Ann Tyler just to direct it to another page you created, Holly Tyler. It is unnecessary. Please refrain from such page creations in the future. KellyAna (talk) 02:29, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Holly Tyler's full name is Holly Ann Tyler. When I tried accesing it (Holly Ann), It didnt work, so I redirected it.--Carson IY (talk) 03:17, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
Do you agree with the edit? I just redirected it cause her full name is Holly Ann Tyler (it was accsesable).
Actually, it shows that you created an unnecessary page. You should read about how and why to create pages before randomly creating pages just to redirect them. There's a policy WP:Common names and that's why you couldn't access "Holly Ann" since, in general, no one knows the character by that name. The page creation was unnecessary. It's not about "Full names" it's about common names. See the policy, maybe you'll understand and not create unnecessary pages with redirects. KellyAna (talk) 04:36, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I took a look at it and I think you are right. Sorry for making the mistake. Inever knew that can be an offence. I promise it wont happen again. --Carson IY (talk) 00:39, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Barnstar on your user page edit

You can't give a Barnstar to yourself. Those are awarded for good editing practices. Also, you can't mark your user page as a soap article. KellyAna (talk) 04:55, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of NRK P3 edit

{{hangon}} A tag has been placed on NRK P3, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Orphaned non-free media (Image:51uxaFuY6UL entertainment-reviews .jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:51uxaFuY6UL entertainment-reviews .jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 23:58, 25 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

What are you doing? edit

Why are you creating nonsensical pages such as 14a and 14+ and redirecting them to 14 which is the YEAR 14, like this is the year 2008? Such actions are frowned upon and really really wrong. KellyAna (talk) 01:35, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of InuYasha: First Season Box Set edit

An editor has nominated InuYasha: First Season Box Set, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/InuYasha: First Season Box Set and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 04:59, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

The nomination was not a "cause." The article is a duplication of other, more correct, information already on Wikipedia. My "cause," if anything, is to get all the nonsensical redirect pages you've created deleted. (see above). KellyAna (talk) 15:01, 29 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of InuYasha: Second Season Box Set edit

This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
