Your comments on Las Vegas edit

As I found them more disruptive to the conversation and a license for DJS24 to do as he pleases, I've moved them to my talk page and invited several admins to look at what is going on and your claims. I do find it suspect that you claim to be an admin and I fully admit that. I also find you wrong in some of the things you have said. I don't feel the comments were appropriate for the Las Vegas page. As for CSI ~ I would rather have needles poked in my eye than work on that page ever again. IrishLass (talk) 14:55, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

As a supposed former admin, why are you trying to cause more strife than less? Your diatribe was unnecessary. I was trying to keep things in proper places, the Las Vegas talk page is not the place for your comments as they are not about the article, they are about the editors involved. I'll just escalate this to the proper channels rather than trying to maintain civility and stay on subject on the article talk pages. IrishLass (talk) 18:22, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

former admin? edit

IrishLass asked me to check out your claim that you are a former admin. I feel the need to confirm this: Are you? What was your former account? If you want to email me privately instead of disclosing the account publically, that's fine. Mangojuicetalk 18:23, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

I won't give you my former name, as I decided to change names because of that. I name was hacked and password/settings were changed. I'm embrassed about what was put onto my former account. Listen, your a admin, read my comments. You can't disagree with what I have put in there. My comments only discuss the mess of comments on the discussion page. I'm only trying to stop a messy situation, when no other admin would step in. In Best Regards CARS! --CarsGm5 (talk) 18:34, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
I think your analysis of the behavior of some of the parties was good. I also think that you were not a Wikipedia admin, because of the way you seemed to have started your edits under this account by making repeated reverts, and because of the way you appealed to your own authority as a former Wikipedia admin, plus some of your lingo. If you have an admin account that has been password hacked, I want to make damn sure it has been blocked and de-sysopped. You can trust me, I won't say a word about who you used to be, other than to make sure the hack has been dealt with. If you aren't willing to do this, then the only graceful way out of this is to agree not to make that claim anymore if you're not willing to back it up. Mangojuicetalk 19:22, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
The account HAS benn disabled. I make sure of that when I switched names. However telling you my old name is embrassing for myself and other people that were targeted. Please respect my wishes. --CarsGm5 (talk) 19:25, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
If you want to take that line, fine with me. Just don't make claims in the future that you are a former Wikipedia admin if you aren't willing to back them up on request: it doesn't help anything, and it can cause problems. Mangojuicetalk 19:32, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Thank You, maybe I was alittle to strong. Just someone needed to stop this. I thought that would help. I've post my suggestions on the discussion page. In Best Regards CARS!--CarsGm5 (talk) 19:35, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
IMO, there's no point to the claim anyway: you either speak with authority and confidence and have good policy knowledge or you don't. Mangojuicetalk 19:50, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Agreed. In Best Regards CARS! --CarsGm5 (talk) 19:52, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

== Three revert caution ==

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. [2][3][4] Thanks. TableMannersC·U·T 08:31, 19 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Strike that. I am sorry, those were stale diffs. TableMannersC·U·T 08:36, 19 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

This account has been blocked for being an obvious sockpuppet of User:DJS24. FCYTravis (talk) 00:11, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

You came to this conclusion based on what? Did you look into KellyAna/Irlishlass or look into all the problems they casued. If not I'll make sure it gets noted you failed to complete the entire issue. I also believe there was several admins that agreed her claims were false. Whats the proof on me???? --CarsGm5 (talk) 00:18, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
I'm astonished that you'd contest this, given how bloody obvious it is. You magically appear in the middle of a content dispute to take his side, with no previous Wikipedia involvement at all whatsoever. You magically know all about "Wiki rules" and claim to have been a former admin in a transparent attempt to assert authority. Then you give away the game, like so many sockpuppeteers before you, by screwing up on which account posts where.
Seriously, do you think we were born yesterday or something? That we haven't seen sockpuppetry a million bajillion squillion times before? Please. FCYTravis (talk) 00:26, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Did you read up on the entire problem, or just hit the blocked buttom?? I want reasons, and what you did for the other issues. Your just like KellyAna, you fail to answer the questions!! The only two people that were problems were KellyAna and Irishlass. If you spend the time to read it, you would see other admins agreeing. --CarsGm5 (talk) 00:30, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Just spend some time in the history of KellyAna and Irishlass. They are never on at the same time, one comes on during the day, while the other comes on at night. Boths users were made around the same time, they are both in the same groups, contact the same admins. I counted 8 users that they double team and have them warned or blocked. They are always warning people and the best part is, even with all that agreeing and double teaming, they NOT ONCE talk to each other. Its funny because as a former Admin, YES a former Admin, I always found that the people accusing other people of something, ARE DOING THE SAME THING. I would look into. --CarsGm5 (talk) 00:43, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
After I did some reading, I would hope you don't personally know KellyAna as I see you both work on racing teams. Believe me I will have someone look into it. Count on it. --CarsGm5 (talk) 00:53, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
By the way, you have a spelling mistake in your occupation area, it should say: I'm leaving my media...... Your Welcomed --CarsGm5 (talk) 01:01, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Glad to Help edit

Just wanted to let you know, Wiki. admin. notified me via email of the situation. I wish you could of told me about all this in the begining. Then again, if I knew I prob. would have screwed it all up. What ever I did, I was glad to help. Best wishes in the case. Regards DJS --DJS24 (talk) 05:50, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

The less you knew the better. That’s how we catch the "real" troublemakers on the Wiki. sites. I told them to fill you in on the situation; I felt you needed to know. I will email you my admin user name so you have it. Any further contact between yourself and I needs to be done via email, as users will be watching your history to see who you contact. On a personal note, I would suggest you continue working on the Las Vegas page, as you seem to know what you’re talking about. As for the conclusion of that discussion, WIki. is watching those users just waiting for their next wrong move, which is pretty much saying HI. If you have any more problems regarding that issue, please let me know so I can pass it along, as I'm sure it will close their case. Thanks CARS!--CarsGm5 (talk) 06:54, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
